Should I?

So, I am really considering getting an e-reader. I know I have not been a big supporter of them in the past, but I am actually quite impressed with the new ones out there (like the Kindle Fire, Kobo Vox, Nook Color). It's a bit of an investment, so I am doing a lot of research right now to make sure that it will be worth it. So, friends, I need your help. Do you have an e-reader? Do you love it? Why? What issues have you had?
Thanks, friends!

I'm posting this comment from my Nook Color, so you can guess where I stand.

I picked it up last spring after.trying someone else's. I wasn't keen on e-readers at first either, but I would borrow others and try them. I like the style and details of the Nooks over the Kindles. I like the idea of Kobo but haven't had one to try.

I should admit that I rooted my Nook Color to allow me to install whatever Android apps I want, in particular the Gospel Library app the church put out. A little while ago I replaced the version of Android on it completely to beef it up more. I use it for most of my web browsing, email, YouTube, Netflix, games, and reading. I love it.

If I was going to get an e-ink one I would get the Nook Touch. It's sweet.
