Okay reading buddies, let's discuss!
It's been quite the busy day, so I haven't given much thought to this questions, but here it goes.
1. Let's start with an easy question. Did you like the book? Why or why not?
2. How does the final chapter in the Harry Potter series compare with books 1-6?
3. Did the in-depth study of certain characters (ie. Snape, Dumbledore or even Harry, Hermione, etc.) change your perception of them? Or did you remain true to your original feelings prior to reading?
4. Does the book end with enough closure? Or did it leave you wanting more?
5. Did you also see the movie? If so, how did you like it (or dislike it) in comparison with the book.
I'd love your feedback!
Happy reading.

i have not read the book in over a year, but...
i thoroughly enjoyed the development of the characters during this book, to the point where tears came not because someone died, but because of the loss the others felt. i felt the movies do not do the characters justice, although the newest movie is much better than any of the older ones.
another comment about the movie: the only character i have loved right from the moment he showed his face in the 4th movie was voldemort. he plays the character right from the beginning, when you only really get to know him in the last book.
that is all i have to say...
I have nothing to say because I haven't recently read this book....
I know it's a lame excuse but I couldn't find my books in all my packed boxes BUT this month I will be reading the book club book because I have to actually go buy it :)
I loved the book. I love the entire series and I feel that the last book just brought everything else from the other books to a close and made it all better.
I love how you learned more about the other characters in the book and my opinion of Snape actually changed at the end, but when I read the other books I still don't like him lol
I almost wish there was more to the series that was apart of the 19 years later part or even leading up to it, but I do like how they ended the book.
Yes I saw the movie and loved it. I thought that compared to the other movies, it followed closer to the book than the others did. I can't wait for part two :) and of course to see part one again, maybe once or twice :)
