Yep, that's right. I like spinach. I used to hate it. Absolutely hate it. But I've grown to like it (it's not love yet). My trick is to mix it with other things, so that I get the goodness without the taste that I'm not always fond of. I am also now a fond of experimental cooking. I love to cook, and it is so fun to just throw things in and see what happens.
My latest creation: spinach, cheese, black olives and eggs.
Yummy! This was my lunch today, and it's still making my tummy happy.
