Better?

mug 1 |məg|nouna large cup, typically cylindrical and with a handle and used without asaucer.• the contents of such a cup a large mug of tea vanished in a single gulp.
Cereal. Tea. Hot chocolate. Soup. Ice cream. To me, these all taste better in a mug. What's the magic of the mug? I don't know. But, whatever it is, I applaud the inventor of this contraption. What are your thoughts? Does food really taste better in a mug?

How about CHOCOLATE CAKE in a mug! ; D

Minute Chocolate Mug Cake (with food storage substitutions if you wish)

1 mug
4 T. flour
4 T. Sugar
2 T. baking cocoa
1 egg (or 1 T. dry egg powder and 2 T. of water)
3 T. milk (or 1/2 T. Dry Powdered Milk + 3 T. Water)
3 T. oil (or applesauce)
3 T. chocolate chips
small splash of vanilla

Add dry ingredients to mug and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well. Add the chocolate chips and vanilla. Mix again. Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts. The cake will rise over the top of the mug but don’t be alarmed! Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired. OR EAT straight from the mug! Enjoy!

I love eating ice cream from a mug or glass of some sort. It does seem to taste better.

I really need to try that one :)
I agree. Eating or drinking soup from a mug is my ultimate favorite, especially when i'm sick!
